Lord Help Me!!
I also bought Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I dont know which I'm more scared to put into my dvd player.
I want to loose some weight before I attemp P90x so I have until march to drop about 30 lbs before my body can handle P90x.
I made two videos talking about why I bought P90x and another of me watching the introduction with my brother (we both were so scared, lol), but the video didn't turn out nice. I may upload it some other time, but I want to make a whole new video.
I'm waiting on a few other dvd's that i've ordered from Amazon to come it. So far I think I've got the right tools.
